  • 13 felony jury trials to verdict in the last eight years including felony DUI, aggravated assault, rape and murder cases

  • More than 100 evidentiary hearings, including motions to suppress, preliminary hearings, driver license hearings and appeals, as well as restitution hearings

  • Appellate cases argued in the Utah Court of Appeals, Utah Supreme Court and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals
